Name: Switch Age: 4 years Gender: Female Dwelling: The City Breed: Husky
Appearance: Switch is an ivory coated husky with a rather sleek and slender build, different than the usual muscular husky build. Her size is average. She neither unusually large or oddly small. Her head is well shaped and defined, and her ears tend to stand upright, not fold over in the button form. Her tail is a little bushy and curls over very slightly at the tip.
Her coat is rather thick in winter but tends to be quick short in the warmer seasons. Her legs are thin and dainty, but they are not like tooth picks so that they snap at the slightest touch. Her pelt colour is a milky white, and there is no other colouring on her body, except the dark brown fur beneath her pink nose. Her claws are clear and her pads are a darkish pink. Switch's eyes are a light, icy sky blue.
Personality: Switch is very laid back sort of dog, who's favourite pass time is wandering the streets and taking in the sights and sounds. She very rarely becomes angry and if she ever does, she has good reason to be. She not exactly lovey dovey, so she tends to avoid the lads for that reason. But most of the time, she likes getting on their nerves.
Pain. She's felt a lot of it in her 4 long years, and now she tends to ignore it. She has more important things to worry about. Switch isn't to good at following others. She prefers taking her own paths rather than those set out by others. She is particularly independent and has never worked too good in packs.

Silence. Eerie silence. An odd thing to hear in the usually noisy city. The station lights flickered continuously, creating grotesque shadows across the floor and along the walls. The platforms were empty except for the odd rat or two. And Switch.
White from head to toe, the female husky padded briskly along the edge of the concrete pave stones, looking down upon the track. The long metal strips sat there, rusting, surrounded by small pebbles, each one roughly the size of a five pence piece.
A soft wind brushed through the station, whipping up leaves and sending them flying in every direction. It was fun, for the female, to watch them fly around, wondering which direction they would go in and guessing exactly where they would land.
But tonight, Switch didn't have time to relax and watch the world go by. She was hungry, starving even, and no one else was going to bring her dinner. The breeze caused her to pause, momentarily, and sniff the cold air.
The ever familiar scent of death. Fresh meat, delightful. The glorious scent made Switch dart off down the platform, galloping along, her thin body becoming a blur. In the far distance stood another dog, chewing on the carcass of a dead rat. Perfect. A free meal.
She came to an abrupt halt in front a large, male Alsatian, sending bits of grit and dirt flying at the other pooch. It whimpered and began to paw helplessly at it's eye, grit scratching against the soft flesh. A low growl erupted from deep within the husky, now bearing her fangs at the youngster.
She grinned as the little brute backed off, and scuttled away to find itself another meal. A grin crossed her maw as she placed a dainty paw upon the dead vermin's chest and began to tear bits of meat from the bone...
